摘要
总结分析2015年~2016年参加菌落总数与金葡菌的盲样考核与能力验证的结果,找出在检测过程中需要注意的细节;提高检验员的检测能力和水平,控制实验室检测质量,确保检验结果的准确性。通过比较新手和熟手检验员连续两年参加盲样考核与其它能力验证(采用平板计数法检测)的结果,分析检测过程。连续两年两位检验员的检测结果均能达到能力验证组织单位的评定要求,且|Z|均小于1,两者的检测结果无显著性差异(P>0.05);新手相对于熟手而言,|Z|值较高,准确性较差。检验员在稀释、涂布、菌落辨别、计数等细节方面需要不断总结、积累经验;实验室管理者应该加强检验员检验过程的监督与核查,从而提高实验室的检测质量。
Analyzed the results of blind assessment and the ability of verity of aerober and Staphylococcus aureus by 2015-2016,finded the process details of detection,improved the detectability of inspectors,controlled the test quantity of laboratory,ensured the accuracy result. Analyzing the process of detection through the comparison result of two different levels of inspectors for participate in two consecutive years blind evaluation and other proficiency testing. Test results can reach the rated requirements(| Z |〈1)of two different levels inspectors for two consecutive years. Their test results showed no significant differences(P〉0.05);relative to the skilled examiner,higher z value,poor accuracy. There were some problems with the inspectors in the aspects of dilution levels,spread-plate technique,viewing,counting and so on,noticed examiners needed study and gain wider experience continually. Lab managers should strengthen the monitoring and verification of inspectors detection process,thereby improved the quality of laboratory testing.
