摘要
国家级雷达维修维护测试平台是一个涵盖全国各种型号新一代天气雷达的综合测试维修平台,可维修区域级维修中心无法维修的板、卡和组件,提高备件的可利用率,大大降低组件的维修成本;解决了因为雷达生产厂家转型导致组件停产和芯片等元器件过时、升级等维修更换困难的难题,保证雷达在其寿命内高效运行;实现了雷达系统的升级、研发和远程技术支援等目标。文章通过分析国家天气雷达监测网维护维修测试存在的主要问题及产生原因,针对问题建设系统平台,提出设计思路与技术方法,以及实现具体功能。
National radar maintenance and repair test platform is a comprehensive test and maintenance platform that includes various types of new generation weather radars.It can maintain and repair boards,cards and components which regional-level maintenance center could not repair,improving spare parts availability and reducing the maintenance costs of components significantly.The problems caused by component manufacturers such as component shutdown and chip out-of-date and upgrade due to the transformation of radar manufacturers are solved.The efficient operation of radar in its life is ensured.And the upgrades,research and development and remote technical support and other objectives for radar system are achieved.Through the analysis of problems and the causes in monitoring network maintenance of national weather radar,the system platform towards these problems is built up.And the design ideas,methods and the realization of specific functions are put forward.
