With the rapid expanding of national meteorological survey network,the automatic and intelligent detection instruments have been widely used.As the supply department for equipment support,how to use,manage and adhere to the seriousness of the rules and regulations determines the value of supply management.Through applying the theory of internal control and analyzing the rationality and effectiveness of the reserve and supply relying on factories,a reserve and supply framework has been established.As long as the internal control management is strengthened and the scientific framework is added,the effectiveness and timeliness of reserve and supply of intelligent sensors relying on manufacturers will be well solved,and the efficiency of fund utilization will be improved.
