工业结构对辽河流域沈阳段水环境影响及减排潜力分析

摘要 在水资源总量控制约束下,分析2015年辽宁省工业企业废水排放及治理情况,以COD、氨氮为污染指标,研究辽河流域沈阳段工业废水排放及其对水环境影响和各行业废水污染减排潜力,并分别与辽河上游铁岭段、辽河下游盘锦段进行污染减排强度对比;以单位产值用水量、污染物排出负荷为基础探讨用水和产业结构之间的关系,从而为水环境约束条件下的沈阳市工业结构调和工业污染减排提供指导和技术支撑. Based on the control of total water resource,analysis of industry wastewater discharge and treatment in Liaoning 2015. The COD and ammonium were used as the pollution index to study the discharge of industrial wastewater of Liaohe River in Shenyang and its effect on water environment and wastewater Pollution. Study of segment pollution intensity,comparison the upper reaches of the Liaohe River in Tieling to Liaohe downstream in Panjin. Discussed the relationship between water and industrial structure based on pollutant discharge load and unit of water consumption. Provided guidance and technical support to Shenyang industrial structure and pollution under water restriction.
