赤泥加压下的流变特性实验研究

摘要 赤泥是铝土矿中提炼氧化铝的废弃物,但仍有回收利用价值,将赤泥通过高压管道输送到目的地,能够减少二次污染.研究压力对赤泥流变特性的影响是高压管道输送赤泥的重要理论基础.鉴于此,用PVS高温高压流变仪分别在常压、2 MPa、4 MPa压力下对60%的赤泥进行流变测量,实验结果表明赤泥的表观黏度、屈服应力值随压力的增大而减少.并根据拟合得到的流变方程,利用积分法推算出了不同压力下赤泥管道输送单位长度摩阻损失的一般表达式,为高压管道输送赤泥系统提供理论基础. Red mud is alumina waste after extraction of bauxite,but there are still recycling value,the red mud through the high-pressure pipeline to the destination,to reduce secondary pollution. The study of the influence of pressure on the rheological properties of red mud is an important theoretical basis for red mud transport in high-pressure pipeline. In viewof this,the rheological properties of 60% red mud were measured by PVS high temperature and high pressure rheometer under normal pressure,2 M Pa and 4 M Pa respectively. The results showthat the apparent viscosity and yield stress of red mud increase with pressure While reducing,and get the rheological equation. the general expression of friction loss per unit length of red mud pipeline under different pressures is deduced by the integral method,which provides a theoretical basis for high pressure pipeline conveying red mud system.
