基于AHP-DEMATEL的政府投资项目治理成功的关键因素分析

Analysis of Critical Success Factors of Government Investment Project Management Based on AHP-DEMATEL

以政府投资项目治理的影响因素为对象,利用AHP-DEMATEL方法构造影响因素指标体系,分析各因素之间的关系,计算每个因素的综合影响度并排序.结果表明:国家法律法规健全、报酬合理、信息共享、合作单位名录、风险分担因素以及激励因素对政府投资项目治理影响最大,最后依据分析结果提出了相应对策.

Taking the influence factors of the government investment project management as the object, the influencing factors with AHP-DEMATEL method are built, the relationship between various factors is analysed, and the comprehensive effect of each factor is calculated and sorted. The results show that the national laws, regulations perfect, reasonable remuneration, etc. have impact on the government investment project management significantly. Finally the corresponding measures are proposed based on the analysed result.
