文山学院汉语国际教育现状调查及发展对策研究

A Survey of the Present Situation of Chinese International Education in Wenshan University and Its Development Countermeasures

通过对文山学院自2010年以来的留学生招生、师资、国际交流等方面的情况调查发现,学校在汉语国际教育方面存在一些不足,具体表现为:留学生数量提升缓慢,生源单一;学科建设发展滞后,办学特色不足,对留学生吸引力不够;与国外高校合作项目少,交流力度小。一定程度上阻碍了学校的全面发展。学校应尽快制定留学生教育发展长远规划;完善管理制度,提升服务意识;突出办学特色,全面推进汉语国际教育发展。

Through the investigation of Wenshan university students enrollment,teachers,international exchanges since 2010,the paper finds some deficiencies in Chinese international education,specific performance：the number of foreign students increases slowly,students＇ source single;discipline construction is lagging behind,lacking of school characteristics and attraction for international students is not enough;cooperation with foreign university projects,the intensity of the exchange is small,to a certain extent,which hindered the overall development of the school.Schools authority should formulate long-term plans for overseas students＇ education and development as soon as possible,improve the management system,enhance service awareness,highlight the characteristics of running schools,and comprehensively promote the development of Chinese international education.
