弧门型钢混凝土闸墩内型钢布置形式研究 被引量:7

摘要 为研究闸墩内型钢布置形式对闸墩工作性能的影响,依据弧门支座附近闸墩局部受拉区配钢量不变原则,基于ANSYS软件建立不同布置形式的型钢混凝土闸墩模型,分别从闸墩位移、应力、裂缝分布和承载能力4个方面对闸墩内型钢布置角度和数量对闸墩工作性能的影响进行对比分析,得出型钢布置形式对型钢混凝土闸墩工作性能的影响规律。结果表明:对称荷载作用下,随着型钢数量增加,型钢混凝土闸墩位移、应力逐渐减小,承载能力逐渐增强;非对称荷载作用下,随型钢数量的增加,闸墩位移先减小后增大,闸墩应力变化不明显,闸墩承载能力先增强后减弱;保持型钢数量不变,随着布置角度的增加,型钢混凝土闸墩位移、应力先减小后增大,型钢布置扩展角为20°~30°时,闸墩裂缝扩散速度较慢。综合考虑,提出型钢混凝土闸墩内采用三根型钢以25°扩展角进行布置时为较好布置形式,这一结论在型钢混凝土闸墩设计中具有推广和应用价值。 In order to study the influence from the arrangement pattern of the shaped-steel inside of gate pier on the working performance of the gate pier,the models for the gate pier with various arrangement patterns of shaped-steel are established herein based on the software of ANSYS in accordance with the principle that the steel quantity is constant in the local tensilezone of the gate pier near the support of radial gate,and then the influences from both the angle and the number of theshaped-steel arrangement inside of the gate pier on its working performance are comparatively analyzed from the aspects of displacement,stress,crack distribution and bearing capacity respectively,from which the law of the influence from the arrangement pattern of the shapedsteel inside of the gate pier on the working performance of it is obtained. The study result shows that under the the displacement and stress of the shaped-steel concrete gate pier gradually decrease and its bearing capacity gradually increases along with the increase of the steel quantity the under symmetrical load,while the displacement of the gate pier decreases at first and then increases with an unobvious change of the stress therein,for which the bearing capacity of the gate pier increases at first and then decreases. If keeping the quantity of the shaped-steel constant,the displacement and stress of the shaped-steel concrete gate pier decrease at first and then increases along with the increase of the arrangement angle. When the expansion-angle of the shapedsteel arrangement is 20° ~ 30°,the cracking diffusion velocity of the gate pier is slower. Under a comprehensive consideration,it is proposed that the shaped-steel arrangement inside of the pier made by three shaped-steels with the expansion-angle of 25°is a better arrangement pattern. This conclusion has popularization and application value in the design of the shaped-steel concrete pier.
