摘要
三向测缝计在混凝土面板堆石坝周边缝监测中广泛应用,为优化其设备选型,避免安装缺陷,以3DM型柔性钢丝位移计整体式三向测缝计、刚性拉杆位移计整体式三向测缝计、刚性拉杆位移计分体式三向测缝计为例,分析了3DM型三向测缝计在设备选型、安装要点及监测成果分析等方面的优势。结果表明,3DM型柔性钢丝位移计整体式三向测缝计工作原理及计算公式科学合理,相比分体式等其他类型三向测缝计具有量程大、安装方便、测量精度高、耐水压级别高等优势。在工程实施中,应注意控制好安装过程中的重要环节,避免各项安装缺陷。工程实践证明,通过对3DM型柔性钢丝位移计整体式三向测缝计的监测结果进行科学合理地分析处理,可以正确反映大坝周边缝的变化情况,为大坝的安全评价提供科学合理的评判依据。
The three-dimensional joint meter is widely applied to the peripheral joint monitoring of concrete-face rockfill dam. In order to optimize its equipment type selection and avoid defects from the installation of it,the three-dimensional joint meter integrated with flexible wire displacement meter,the three-dimensional joint meter integrated with rigid rod displacement meter and the rigid rod displacement meter-based separated-type three-dimensional joint meter are taken as the study cases for analyzing the advantages of the 3DM three-dimensional joint meter in the aspects of equipment type selection,key points of installation,analysis on the monitoring result,etc. through type analysis,principle description and case analysis,and then the key points for installing the instrument is summarized in combination with the relevant engineering cases,so as to provide references for the scientific application of the 3DM three-dimensional joint meter to the peripheral joint monitoring of the hydraulic structure concerned.
