现以随机抽取的广西本科院校旅游管理专业学生作为研究对象进行调查,通过分析数据,提出了学校尽量选择优质的实习单位、提供合理的医疗补助或建立合理的医疗优惠制度、建立健全管理制度和学习培训制度、重视对实习生的人文关怀等提升学生对实习单位满意度的建议。

The evaluation index system of Tourism Manage- ment Major Students in undergraduate colleges of Guangxi for intermdaip units＇ satisfaction is determined through expert interview method, with randomly selected Tourism Management Major Students in undergraduate colleges of Guangxi as the research object for investigation, by analyzing data, the strategies should be put forward to improving students＂ satisfaction with internship units by providing reasonable Medicaid or establishing a reasonable medical pref- erential system, establishing and improving the management system and learning and training system, paying attention to the humanistic care of interns.
