摘要
在GB 8538-2016《食品安全国家标准饮用天然矿泉水检验方法》第46.1部分4-氨基安替比林三氯甲烷萃取光谱法的基础上对检测方法进行了优化探索,建立了液-液微萃取(DLLME)的样品前处理方法,同时对影响DLLME萃取效率的因素进行了优化实验。实验结果表明:用改进后的方法测定水中挥发性酚类化合物,标准曲线线性好,检出限较低,回收率高,结果准确,可适用高通量的日常检测。
The testing method was optimized based on the Part 46.1: 4-aminoatipyrine chloroform extraction spectrophotometry in GB 8538-2016. A new sample preparation method,dispersive liquid-liquid micro-extraction(DLLME) has been established and the experimental parameters exerting influence on extraction recoveries of volatile phenolic compounds in aqueous were optimized. The results show that the good linearity,low detection limit and high recovery was found when using the developed method to detect the volatile phenolic compounds in aqueous. This method is suitable for the high-throughput determination of the volatile phenolic compounds in aqueous.
