聚乳酸混合絮料保暖性研究

摘要 探讨聚乳酸絮料的填充量对保暖性的影响,选择棉、涤纶、蚕丝与聚乳酸纤维混合,在不同填充比例下,利用平板保温仪测试克罗值、热传导系数、保暖率等参数。建立线性回归关系分析填充量与保暖率的关系,得到填充量与保暖率的拟合曲线。结果表明,300 mm×300 mm的聚乳酸最佳填充量为18.24 g。拟合模型为了解聚乳酸絮料的保暖性能,指导产品开发提供了依据。 Discuss the influence of different filling content to the thermal insulation property of polylactic acid mixed wadding, choosing the cotton, polyester and silk mixed with polylactic acid fiber. In the different filling pro- portion, using the flat fabric heat retention tester to test the heat and moisture transfer coefficient, heat transfer property, establish the linear regression relation of filling content and warmth retention ratio, getting a curve fitting of filling content and warmth retention ratio. The results show that 300mm×300mm of the polylactic acid fibers best filling content is 18.24 g. The fitting model provide the basis of knowing the thermal insulation property of polylac- tic acid wadding and improve the pertinence of product development.
