摘要
采用绿纳米抗菌高压渗透环保专利技术,利用抽真空和加压原理研制绿纳米抗菌防臭袜,在棉含量、吸湿透气性能、颜色和抗菌处理方式4方面与市售银离子袜、市售银纤维袜和市售竹炭袜进行比较,并对绿纳米抗菌防臭袜的抑菌率、抗菌性、色牢度等进行测试。结果表明,绿纳米抗菌防臭袜具有长效耐洗、抗菌效果好的特点,其耐洗色牢度、耐碱汗渍色牢度、耐酸汗渍色牢度、耐水色牢度、耐摩擦色牢度、甲醛含量、p H值、异味、可分解致癌芳香胺染料等指标均可达到一等品要求。
Green nano antibacterial deodorant socks are developed by the principles of vacuum pumping and pressurization, with antibacterial, nano, penetration and adsorption technology. This article compares green nano antibacterial deodorant socks with commercially available silver ion socks, silver fiber socks and bamboo charcoal socks in terms of cottoncomponent, moisture absorption, color and antibacterial treatment. Further more, it inspects the ability of the socks' inhibition rate, antibacterial activity and color fastness. The result demonstrated that green nano antibacterial deodorant socks have the quality to maintain healthy, long-term, washable and antibacterial. The ability of color fastness to washing, color fastness to alkali perspiration, color fastness to acid perspiration, color fastness to water, color fastness to rubbing, formaldehyde content, H value, odor, decomposable carcinogenic aro- matic amine dyes and other indicators can reach the requirements of first-class.
