天然植物染色开发与实践

Development and Practice of Natural Plant Dyeing

分析了天然染料的选材、最适采集时间;从保护色素原有性能、环保问题和提高色素萃取率等方面制定了萃取天然植物染料的工艺流程,拟定了工艺曲线;改进了天然植物染料对织物染色的工艺,提出采用阳离子改性媒染工艺对织物进行染色会增加织物的色光,并提升染色的色牢度;优化天然植物染色工艺流程和处方。研究表明,改进后的植物染料染色工艺在织物上的色牢度很好,染液废水也可通过生物处理系统进行有效的降解。

Analysis of the natural dye material, the optimum acquisition time; from the original performance, environmental protection pigment and improve the pigment extraction rate making process extraction of natural plant dyes, the development of a process improvement curve; the natural plant dyes on fabric dyeing process, the cationic modification of mordant process fabric dyeing can increase the fabric color, and enhance the dyeing fast- ness; optimization of natural plant dyeing process and prescription. Research shows that the color fastness in the fabric dyeing process of vegetable dyes improved well, dye wastewater can be effectively degraded by biological treatment system.
