摘要
成形极限曲线的准确性关系到汽车零件冲压仿真分析和安全域度判定的精度,现针对3种不同牌号的IF钢材料,通过成形极限曲线试验研究了IF钢在不同变形方式下的极限应变水平,采用Keeler模型和Arcelor V9模型分别与试验数据进行拟合,结果表明Keeler模型与试验数据吻合较好,对Keeler模型作了进一步修正,IF钢材料采用Keeler修正模型能够很好地拟合成形极限曲线试验数据。
The accuracy of forming limit curve (FLC) was related to the accuracy of auto parts' CAE simulation results and the safety margin. The ultimate strain of IF steel under different deformation modes was studied by FLC test for three kinds of IF steel, and the experimental data were fitted by using Keeler model and Arcelor V9 model. The results showed that the Keeler model was fitted well with the experimental data. With the further modified of the Keeler model, it can fit the experimental data of FLC well.
