摘要
通过对小盒形件工艺的改进,使用4副模具两两组合,分别安装于循序布置的2台压力机上,实现冲孔、压筋、翻孔、切舌、弯曲等多种工序的成形,模具已稳定应用于生产实践中,模具结构合理,可为类似小盒形件四壁弯曲实现级进模生产提供借鉴。
The process improvement of a small rectangular box has been done, and 4 pairs of the dies with two pairs combination were installed on two presses, which realized the forming of piercing, pressing, flanging, lancing, bending and the other processes. The pro- gressive die has been applied in production stably, and the die structure was reasonable, which could provide reference for the progressive die production of similar small rectangu- lar box with bending around.
