青海藏区寄宿制学生情绪智力与心理健康关系研究

摘要 采用情绪智力量表和心理健康量表(MMHI-60)对随机分层整群取样的青海藏区2 008名寄宿制中小学生进行问卷调查。结果显示寄宿制学生情绪智力在性别、年级变量上存在显著差异,寄宿制学生情绪智力与心理健康间存在显著相关,情绪智力越强,心理健康水平越好。"情绪调控""情绪觉察""情绪理解"三个因素进入了心理健康的回归模型,可以有效预测青海藏区寄宿制学生心理健康水平。可将情绪调控能力、情绪觉察能力和情绪理解能力作为第一关照因子进行寄宿制学生的心理辅导。 The emotional intelligence scale and mental health scale (MMHI-- 60) questionnaire survey is conducted on a stratified cluster random sampling of 2008 Qinghai Tibetan boarding primary and middle school students. The results show that there are significant differences in the gender and grade variables of the boarding students' emotional intelligence. There is a significant correlation between emotional intelli- gence with mental health of the boarding students. "Emotion regulation", "emotion awareness", "emotion understanding" three factors are put into the regression model of mental health, which can predict the level of mental health for boarding students in Qinghai Tibetan area. Take emotional regulation ability, emotion- al awareness and emotional understanding as the highest correlation factor for psychological guidance and education of boarding students.
