提高C118冷作模具钢等向性的工艺研究

摘要 对比分析两种生产工艺生产的模具钢C118的组织性能,确定了C118钢适宜的高温均质化温度为1 220℃,多向锻造是提高锻圆各向等向性的关键技术。采用高温均质化和多向锻造工艺后,模具钢C118冲击韧性横纵比由先前传统工艺的21.8%提升至68%,等向性能明显提高。 Through the comparison and analysis of the microstructure and properties of C118 produced by two production processes,the suitable temperature of C118 steel high-temperature homogenization is determined as 1 220 ℃,and the multiaxial forging is the key technology to improve the isotropy on forging circle. The horizontal-to-vertical ratio of impact toughness of C118 steel is increased from 21. 8% with the traditional process to 68% with above process,and the isotropic performance is obviously improved.
