摘要
介绍了钒钛矿中型高炉在含钒原料比例大幅增加情况下采取的应对措施。通过加强对矿槽筛分的管理,控制落地钒烧结矿入炉时间,逐步置换;下调焦炭负荷0.1以上,增加焦炭层厚度;对矿石和焦炭的环数和角度进行调节,适当加重边缘负荷;降低[Si]+[Ti]至0.2%~0.3%之间,物理热在1 420~1 440℃之间,严格控制铁间隔30 min、见渣时间30 min,保证了高炉稳定顺行。
This paper introduces the measures adopted in V-Ti-magnetite BF in the case of substantial increase in the proportion of vanadium containing raw materials. The stable operation of the blast furnace is guaranteed through strengthening the management of groove screening,controlling the charging time of vanadium-bearing sinter,gradually replacing; reducing the coke load by more than 0. 1,increasing the thickness of coke layer; adjusting the ring number and angle of ore and coke to appropriately increase the edge load; reducing [Si]+[Ti]to 0. 2% - 0. 3%,the physical heat at 1 420 - 1 440 ℃,strictly controlling the interval between two tapping time less than 30 min,the time from taphole opening to the outflow of slag less than 30 min.
