摘要
对唐钢2#高炉使用萤石洗炉的过程及效果进行了分析总结。通过调整萤石用量、用法、造渣制度等措施解决了炉缸堆积,恢复了炉况。详细分析了萤石用量与燃料比、风量以及烧结矿配比的对应关系。总结出萤石使用方法,为采用萤石洗炉积累了宝贵经验。
The flushing process and effect of Tangsteel 2# BF with fluorite were analyzed. The measures such as adjustment of fluorite dosage,usage,slag-making system,were taken to resolve the hearth accumulation and resume BF condition. The relation between the amount of fluorite and the fuel ratio,between the air volume and the sinter ratio is analyzed in detail. The method of fluorite utilization is summarized,which provides valuable experience for flushing furnace with fluorite.
