详细介绍了2 500 m^3高炉开炉达产的具体过程,总结了开炉达产的操作经验。在开炉过程中通过优化开炉料和开炉操作制度,在开炉第4天利用系数达到2.19 t/(m^3·d)以上,实现了顺利开炉、快速达产的目标。
This paper introduces the specific process of 2 500 m^3 BF blowing-in and reaching design capacity,summarizes the operation experience of blow-in. By improving the blow-on charge and operation system,the utilization coefficient has been large than 2. 19 t/（ m^3·d） at the fourth day,and the goal of smooth blow-in and fast reaching production has been achieved.
