摘要
详细介绍了宣钢一钢轧厂为提高小规格螺纹钢产线的产品质量所采取的一系列攻关措施。通过优化飞剪剪切信号,改善冷床降温系统,改进冷床稳定槽等措施有效减少了钢材弯曲的问题;通过安装气动对齐装置,解决了钢材端部不齐的问题;通过优化接料手形状,解决了钢材打扭的问题;通过加装自动打包机,解决包装断带散捆。改造后,外观质量明显提高,停机时间明显降低,杜绝了包装断带现象的发生,年降低包装成本122万元。
This paper introduces indetail a series of technological measures taken in a Xuansteel No. 1 steel Rolling Mill to improve the product quality of small-sized ribbed bar production line. By optimizing the cutting signal of flying shear,improving the cooling system and stable groove of cooling bed,the problem of steel bending is effectively reduced. By installing pneumatic alignment device,the problem of the steel end irregularity is solved. By optimizing the shape of the receiving hand,the problem of steel twist is solved. By adding automatic baling machine,the tape breakage is solved. After the modification,the appearance quality is obviously improved,the downtime is obviously reduced,The phenomenon of tape breakage is avoided,which can reduce the packaging cost 1. 22 million RMB per year.
