摘要
针对型钢精轧机存在的问题,结合唐钢中厚板材有限公司轧机结构和性能参数,对轧机底座和接轴托架部位进行了局部改造。设计矩形导轨的型式优化接轴托架,提高接轴托架移动工作时的稳定性能,减少轧机运转带来的受迫振动,提高自身抗振性。
Aiming at the existing problem of finishing mill,local transformation are adopted for the mill foundation and spindle's bracket,in view of the structure and performance parameters of the finishing mill.The spindle bracket is optimized with rectangular guideway,which can improve the stable performance of the spindle bracket mobile work,reduce the forced vibration caused by rolling mill and improve its vibration resistance.
