栀子来源藏红花酸制备工艺研究

Preparation technology of crocetin from Gardenia jasminoides

目的从栀子中制备高纯度藏红花酸,以解决藏红花药材短缺、价格昂贵,难以用来大量制备高纯度藏红花酸的问题。方法通过酶解,将藏红花素系列物质转化为藏红花酸,然后碱提酸沉,再经过硅胶层析、结晶制备得到高纯度藏红花酸产品。结果通过该方法,可以制备得到90%以上的藏红花酸产品。结论该方法简单可行,可以用来大规模制备高纯度藏红花酸产品。

Objective To prepare high-purity Crocetin from Gardenia jasminoides to solve the problem of the shortage of Saffron. Methods By converingt the Crocin series of substances into Crocetin through the enzymolysis,alkali saponification were extracted,and then the high purity Crocetin product were prepared through silica gel chromatography and crystallization. Results Higher than 90% purity of the Crocetin could be prepared with this method. Conclusion The method is simple and feasible and high purity Crocetin can be produced.
