摘要
细胞凋亡,指机体细胞在发育过程中或在某些因素作用下,通过细胞内基因及其产物的调控而发生的一种程序性死亡,其在细胞和组织内稳态及生长发育中起着重要的作用。研究发现旋毛虫感染与细胞凋亡有着密切的联系,旋毛虫可以通过细胞凋亡途径诱导肿瘤细胞的凋亡。除此以外,旋毛虫还有一种独特的能力,使寄生的肌细胞结构发生变化,形成独立于其他肌肉组织的营养细胞(保姆细胞),其功能是给幼虫提供所需的营养物质并保护幼虫免遭宿主的破坏。旋毛虫在发育过程中存在细胞凋亡,寄生于宿主体内可引起宿主细胞凋亡,甚至可诱导肿瘤细胞的凋亡,两者关系密不可分。
Apoptosis is a programmed cell death that passed through genes and their products in the cell of regulation,and the body's cells under the influence of some factors or in the process of cells development. It plays an important role in cell,tissue homeostasis,growth and development. It is discovered that apoptosis is closely related to trichinella spiralis infection,which can induce apoptosis of tumor cells by apoptosis pathways. Besides,trichinella spiralis has the unique ability to make parasitic muscle cells structure change,form independent of other muscle nutrition cells( nurse cell),its function is to provide the nutrients needed to larvae and protect larvae from the destruction of the host. Trichinella spiralis apoptosis existed in the development process,parasitism in the host can lead to a host cell apoptosis,and even can induce the apoptosis of tumor cells,both relationship are inseparable.
