摘要
对益母草中黄酮类化合物的研究文献进行梳理总结,同时为更深入研究益母草中的黄酮类成分及其药理作用提供参考。对益母草的相关文献资料进行梳理,按照研究方向的不同归纳总结成五部分,分别为化学成分、提取、分离纯化、含量测定及药理作用。益母草中的黄酮类化学成分丰富,已有的研究中提取方法主要为超声波提取法,分离纯化以大孔吸附树脂法较优,含量测定常用紫外分光光度法和毛细管电泳法,且益母草黄酮类成分具有抗心肌缺血、促进心肌收缩、兴奋子宫、抗氧化及抑菌等作用,研究表明具有很好的临床疗效,因此,其有进一步研究和被开发利用的价值。
To summarize the research literature on flavonoid compounds in Leonurus Japonicus Houtt,and provide a reference for further study on the flavonoids and their pharmacological effects of Leonurus Japonicus Houtt.According to the different research directions,the article was divided into five parts,chemical composition,extraction,purification,content,determination,and physiological activity. The chemical components of Leonurus Japonicus Houtt were rich. The extraction and separation methods of flavonoids in Leonurus Japonicus Houtt components mainly were ultrasonic extraction and macroreticular resin. Its main content determination were UV spectrophotometry and capillary electrophoresis. The physiological activities included exciting uterine smooth muscle,preventing osteoporosis,promoting myocardial contraction and anti-myocardial ischemia. Many studies had shown that there was a good clinical effact. Therefore,it has further research and utilization value.
