临床医学专业学生临床技能培训与评价指标体系 被引量:10

摘要 目的提高临床医学专业实习医师的培养质量,制定精准合理的符合医学生实习临床技能培训指标的体系,探索其推广应用的可行性。方法通过抽取2015年进入医院实习的50名实习学生作为研究对象(实验组),对临床技能培训指标体系进行培养和考核。随机抽取2014年实习的50名实习学生作为对照组进行考核成绩的比较。结果实验组和对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论医学生在临床技能培训方面注重个性培养和常规培养的完善,促进快速提升的实现。 Objective To improve the quality of the cultivation of clinical medicine professional internship and explore the feasibility of its application and dissemination,an intern in accurate and reasonable index system were made to accord with medical students clinical skills training system. Methods In 2015,50 student doctors in our hospital served as the research objects,their training and assessment index system of clinical skills training were compared with that of 50 student doctors randomly selected in 2014 in our hospital as control group. Results The results of the experimental group were siginifcantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Medical students in clinical skill training should paymuch attention to the perfection of personality cultivation and conventionaland promote the realization of rapid ascension.
