社区护理实验课程的教学改革

摘要 本文以社区服务需求和科研结合为导向,社区老年人群为切入点,针对老年人常见健康问题进行了居家防跌倒实验、老年痴呆的社区筛查、老年高血压病人的健康档案建立,采用社区护理实践评价问卷和自我汇报进行评价.结果表明,通过教学改革尝试增加了学生职业价值感、提高了学生通用能力,培养了学生社区护理科研意识. According to the needs of community and the combination of scientific research, we should design community nursing comprehensive experimental course to reform the community nurs- ing teaching, so as to improve students'community nursing ability. In 2017, the contents and methods of "community nursing" practice of 14 nursing undergraduates were reformed. The community service demand and scientific research were used as the guidance, and the community elderly popu- lation was the entry point, and the common health problems were arranged for the elderly. Anti-fall test, community screening for Alzheimerg disease, establishment of health records for elderly hyper- tension, evaluation using community nursing practice evaluation questionnaires and self-reporting. The total questionnaire score was 80.98 ± 9.60, self-reported increased attention to the elderly population, professional knowledge and skills harvest. The results showed it increased students sense of professional value, improved students' common ability and cultivated students' awareness of community nursing research.
