变风况下风电齿轮箱疲劳损伤评估研究 被引量:3

摘要 风电齿轮箱疲劳损伤的量化是风力发电机齿轮箱设计及工程应用中亟需解决的关键问题。文章通过建立齿轮箱多体动力学模型,在考虑齿轮箱外部和内部激励条件下,使用线性疲劳损伤理论,对其在不同风况下的10 min疲劳损伤进行了研究。结果表明,在相同风况下太阳轮的短期疲劳损伤最高,齿轮的短期疲劳损伤随着短期平均风速的增大而增加。基于该评估结果,提出了一种基于SCADA风速统计数据,对风电齿轮箱齿轮长期疲劳损伤进行的评估方法。该方法可以对风电齿轮箱的长期疲劳损伤做出初步的估算,其结果对校核齿轮箱在设计寿命内的机械参数亦具有一定参考价值。 Wind turbine gearbox fatigue damage quantification is an important problem for improving wind turbine reliability.Based on the multi-body dynamic model of gearbox and the linear fatigue damage theory,the fatigue damage of gearbox is calculated.External and internal excitation to wind turbine gearbox under different wind conditions were studied in this paper.The results showed that sun gear at planetary stage has the highest damage risk than the other parts.Short-term fatigue damage of gears increased with the mean wind speed.Based on this theoretical calculation,a new method of using 10 min average wind speeds of SCADA data is proposed to quantify the long-term fatigue damage of wind turbine gearbox.This provides a solution for quantifying wind turbine gearbox long-term fatigue damage.It is also useful for optimizing mechanical design parameters for wind turbine gearbox at its design stage.
