机载雷达天线单元耐久试验研究

机载雷达天线单元耐久试验时间要求为12.5 h,条件苛刻。通过对天线单元样件开展耐久试验,验证样件承受耐久试验的能力,然后依据样件试验结果改进正样设计,进而确保天线单元正样顺利通过耐久试验。实践证明,先样件后正样的方法合理有效。

The required time for durability test of airborne radar antenna unit is 12.5 h, the requirement is harsh. Through the endurance test of the sample piece of antenna element, the ability of the sample piece to withstand the durability test was verified, and then the design of the prototype was improved in reference of the sample test resuhs in an attempt to ensure the antenna passing the endurance test. Practice has proved that it is reasonable and effective to test the sample piece first followed by the prototype.
