预应力混凝土箱梁受弯破坏试验研究与数值模拟

摘要 设计制作了1片大比例预应力混凝土箱梁模型,对其进行了单调荷载作用下的受弯破坏试验和基于ABAQUS有限元分析软件的受弯破坏全过程数值模拟.结合实测材料性能和现行规范给出的混凝土应力-应变关系,提出了一种混凝土损伤塑形模型(Concrete Damage Plastic)参数计算方法,该方法特别适用于仅测定了材料性能特征值(抗压强度、抗拉强度等),而未测定应力-应变全曲线的情形.使用该方法得到的模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好,表明了该模拟方法的准确性和可行性. A large-scale prestressed concrete box-girder model was designed and manufactured, flexible failure test under monotonic loading and corresponding numerical simulation based on finite element analysis software of ABAQUS was carried out. Combined the measured material performance and the stress-strain relationship proposed in current codes, a calculation method for the parameter of Concrete Damage Plastic model was presented. The method is especially suitable to the situation that only tests the characteristic value of material performance (compression strength, tensile strength et al.), but do not test the total stress-strain curve of material. The results obtained by the finite element analysis based on this method are in well agreement with the measured result, which indicates the accuracy and feasibility of the method.
