摘要
城市居住用地空间布局是构成城市空间布局的重要组成部分,同时也是影响城市空间结构的重要因素.九江位于长江、京九两大经济开发带交叉点,是江西省唯一能通江达海的城市,素有"江西北大门"之称,在昌九一体化、鄱阳湖生态经济区、长江中游城市群建设中,九江城市空间正进行着大规模的拓展,居住用地空间布局也会随之产生重大改变.在九江居住用地的实地调查和资料整理的基础上,通过对九江城区改革开放后的居住用地空间布局分析,发现居住用地的空间布局从20世纪80年代的长江以南和两湖以北的单位制住房发展到20世纪90年代的环绕"两湖"沿岸布局的滨湖居住区,到21世纪初由"两湖"—南湖和甘棠湖向八里湖和庐山新区逐步拓展.
The spatial layout is not only an important part of real estate constitute urban space layout but also an important factor in the impact of urban spatial structure. Jiu Jiang, known as north gate of Jiangxi Province, is located in the economic development zones between the Yangtze River and the Beijing-Kowloon Railway, which is the only city with ports to sea. Jiu Jiang city space is undergoing massive expansion. New construction and renovation of the old town changes the spatial layout, which will have a significant change in the real estate. This articles studies three stages of the Jiu Jiang city real estate, the spatial layout after the reform and opening up, we know that the spatial layout of real estate turns from units housing between the south of the Yangtze River and the north of two lakes in the 1980s to lakeside house layout along the circumference of"lakes" areas in 1990s, and the development of garden house and waterfront residential areas emphasizes the natural and fashion style.
