城市颜值构建与提升途径的规划思考——以湖南省益阳市中心城区为例

Reflection on Planning Approach of Constructing and Improving City Face Value:Central City Area in Yiyang City of Hunan Province

在分析城市颜值基本构成要素的基础上,提出城市颜值是由城市街道、广场、建筑物等空间要素形成的城市外观与气氛,是由各要素叠加耦合而成的城市感官度,对彰显城市特色具有重大的现实意义.并以益阳市中心城区为实例,通过确定城市形象与定位、重构城市空间格局形态、建立特征明显的公共空间、整治城市建筑风貌、传承历史文化脉络、协调城市色彩控制等6种方式来构建与提升城市颜值,以图为其他城市的城市颜值建设提供参考.

Based on the analysis of basic elements of city face value, the city face value presented in this article is the city appearance and atmosphere formed by city streets, squares, buildings and other space elements. It is the level of city sensory by stacking and coupling the elements, and has important practical significance to help reveal urban identity. Giving the instance of central city area in Yiyang city, Hunan province, the article proposes six methods to cons^uct and improve ＂city image score＂, including the reconstruction of urban spatial pattern, the creation of distinctive public spaces, the renovation of city building feature, the inheritance of the cultural-historical context, coordination and control of urban colors and so on. It is to nrovide reference for the construction of city face value for other cities.
