天尖茶对糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用研究

Hypoglycemic Effect of Extracts from Tianjian Brick Tea in Diabetic Mice

以腹腔注射四氧嘧啶诱导糖尿病的小鼠作为试验模型,选取天尖茶进行糖尿病治疗实验,设立天尖茶水提物高剂量组和天尖茶水提物低剂量组,并以空白组、模型组和喂食治疗药物二甲双胍的阳性药组,通过小鼠体重及日进食量变化,空腹血糖值,血清中INS、TC、TG浓度以及肝体比,对各组小鼠的治疗效果进行检测.研究结果表明,天尖茶有明显治疗小鼠糖尿病效果.高剂量天尖茶在使糖尿病小鼠多食、多尿、消瘦症状减轻,降低糖尿病小鼠血糖浓度、提升血清中INS浓度、降低TC、TG浓度上效果要明显优于低剂量天尖茶,与二甲双胍的治疗效果接近.研究结果表明:天尖茶内均含有大量具有降糖作用的活性化合物.

Mice with intraperitoneal injection of alloxan-induced diabetes mellitus were taken as model to test the effect of Tianjian tea on diabetes treatment. Groups of high-dose Tiantian tea extract and low-dose Tiantian tea extract were set to compare with blank group, model group and positive drug group treated with DMBG. The therapeutic effects on mice in each group were detected from the aspects of mice weight, daily food intake change, fasting blood glucose, concentration of INS, TC and TG, as well as liver and body weight ratio. The result shows that Tianjian tea has a marked therapeutic effect on diabetes mellitus in mice. The effect of high-dose Tianjian tea is observably better than that of low-dose Tianjian tea on diabetic mice in terms of relieving the symptoms of polyphagia, polyuria and weight loss, reducing blood glucose concentration, increasing INS concentration in serum, decreasing TC and TG concentration and that therapeutic effect is close to DMBG. It proves that Tianjian tea contains numerous active compounds with hypoglycemic action.
