摘要 目前,南疆红枣产区收获后的红枣存在较多的枣叶、土块等田间杂物,农户对小型红枣去杂机的需求较大,为了设计更实用的机型,本文在风选红枣机械的基础上,设计一种适合于南疆收获后红枣的去杂处理机械。通过对样机的正交试验,结果表明:设计完成的小型红枣风选去杂机具有使用方便、作业效率较高,去杂效果好等特点;在设定的正交试验水平范围内,振动筛网倾斜角度与红枣含杂率有显著的相关性,而风选系统风力大小、喂料速度指标对红枣含杂率的影响不显著;试验样机最优的试验参数组合为风速14 m/s、振动筛网倾斜角度为11°、喂料速度为450 kg/h。 Currently, the southern Red jujube areas after harvest dates has more jujube leaf, clod and other sundries field, farmer of small jujube to impurities greater demand, in order to design a more practical models, this paper based on jujube winnowing machine, design a processing mechanical for suitable the harvesting dates in the southern border. Through the orthogonal test, The results show that: to complete the design of small jujube winnowing to miscellaneous machine is convenient and high operating efficiency, to good effect and so on; in setting the level of orthogonal test range, vibration sieve tilt angle and jujube impurity rate have significant correla- tion, and winnowing system wind force, feed rate index jujube containing impurity rate had no significant effect on ; experimental proto- type optimal experimental parameters is that hot wind of 14 m/s, vibration sieve tilt angle to 11° degrees, the feed rate is 450 kg/h.
