摘要
近年来,药动学-药效学(PK-PD)模型已广泛应用于优化兽药给药方案和降低耐药风险等方面的研究。PK-PD模型是把剂量与浓度之间的关系以及浓度与效应的之间的关系结合在一起进行全面研究,将更有助于描述和预测量效关系。文章就目前PK-PD模型研究现状、研究方法及其应用进展进行综述,旨在为PK-PD模型在兽药领域扩大应用提供一些理论参考。
In recent years, Pharmacokinetic - Pharmacodynamic ( PK - PD) model has been widely used for minimizing the antibacte- rial resistance and optimizing the dosage regimen in veterinary medicine, which linking dose - concentration relationship and concentra- tion - effect relationship, facilitates the description and prediction of the time course of drug effects resulting from a certain dosing regi- men. The aim of this review is to look at the existing state, research technique and application for enlarging the application of PK - PD model in veterinary field.
