摘要
研究了石英-丙烯酸盐复配聚合制备吸收树脂与树脂性能,在控制成品中石英粉占15%、丙烯酸(AA)与丙烯酰胺(AM)质量比110 g/20g,用Na OH控制AA中和度80%,氮气除氧条件加入质量浓度4 g/L交联剂N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)溶液10 m L、质量浓度20 g/L引发剂过硫酸铵溶液9 m L、质量浓度10 g/L的引发剂FP溶液7 m L、10 g/L的引发剂亚硫酸氢钠溶液7.5 m L,成品白度、密度、吸收量、吸液速度、吸液量分别为63.5%、0.72 g/cm3、56 g/g、65 s、55 g/g,达到国标GB/T 22875-2008和GB/T 22905-2008对应指标要求。
The preparation and application of absorbent resin were reviewed. The preparation and properties of the absorbent resin prepared by the polymerization of quartz and acrylic acid were studied. Quartz powder in the control of the product accounted for 15%, AA and AM mass ratio of 110 g/20 g, with Na OH controlling AA neutralization degree of 80%, in nitrogen removing oxygen of 4 g/L crosslinking agent MBA solution 10 m L, 20 g/L concentration ammonium persulfate solution 9 m L, 10 g/L concentration of initiator FP solution 7 m L, initiator of 10 g/L sodium bisulfite 7.5 m L were added. In the finished product, whiteness, density, absorption capacity, absorption rate, liquid absorption reached 63.5%, 0.72 g/cm^3, 56 g/g, 65 s and 55 g/g, which meet the national standard GB/T 22875-2008 and GB/T 22905-2008 corresponding index requirements.
