摘要
中小学办学特色问题是近些年的教育热点问题。当前,我国中小学特色办学存在着:理念偏差、主题偏离、特长迷思、碎片组合等误区,既偏离了创办特色学校的本意,也远离了办学特色的内涵。只有从学校的价值取向、目标追求、整体发展战略、内在生成等维度厘清办学特色的内涵,才能凝聚明晰的办学理念、确定鲜明的特色主题、制订可行的实施规划、强化基于并服务于学生发展的实践探索,进而真正实现特色办学。
Running primary and secondary schools with characteristics has been a hot issue of education in recent years in China. The main problems are: deviation from the concept of running schools with characteristics, deviation from the theme of running schools with characteristics, misinterpretation of developing students' specialty, etc. These problems deviate from the original idea of running primary and secondary schools. To solve these problems, we must clarify the following key concepts: value orientation, pursuit of the goal, the overall development strategy and others. Only in this way can we firmly form a clear concept of running schools with characteristics, identify distinctive themes, formulate feasible implementation plans, and carry on further practical explorations for the development of students so as to really realize running schools with characteristics.
