摘要
某污水厂组合池为例,总结超长水池无缝设计的各种措施,给出了参数的选取和相应温度应力的计算。通过计算证明了设置后浇带、降低板厚、掺加外加剂等措施,对超长水池温度应力的释放有着重要作用。采取合理措施,降低混凝土温差及收缩产生的温度应力,并通过提高混凝土的极限拉伸应变,可以避免结构出现温度裂缝,从而实现超长水池的无缝设计。
Based on the example of a sewage plant, various measures of seamless design of super-long pools were concluded, parameters were selected, and corresponding heat stress was calculated. Through calculation, measures like installing post-cast strip, reducing slab thickness, adding admixture and so on were proved significant to the release of the heat stress of super-long pools. It's shown that suitable measures, lower temperature range of concrete and temperature stress caused by contract, higher ultimate tensile strain could avoid situations like thermal cracking in the structure,thus the seamless design of super-long pools could be achieved.
