摘要
电子健康档案记录了个人生命体征、医疗检查与诊断等健康相关信息。大数据技术发展,推动了电子健康档案的跨机构大规模数据整合和挖掘,促进了数据驱动的医学研究、临床决策支持和健康管理。论文综述了电子健康档案数据的整合和挖掘应用,介绍了基于深度学习的电子健康档案挖掘技术。随着人工智能的发展和应用,电子健康档案将成为推进医学研究、支持临床决策的重要资源。
Electronic Health Record records health related information such as vital signs, medical examinations and diagnoses. With the development of big data technology, it has promoted the trans organizational, large-scale data integration and mining of electronic health records, and promoted data driven medical research, clinical decision support and health management. In this paper, we surveyed the integration and application of mining electronic health records, introduced a new technique of mining electronic health records base on deep learning. As the development of artificial intelligence, electronic health records will be an important resource to facilitate medical research and support clinical decisions.
