目的:探讨门诊多学科诊疗信息平台的构建方法及应用效果。方法:通过对门诊多学科诊疗的就诊流程重构,建立预约、会诊、随访、病历整合、质量监控等系统模块。结果:实施多学科协作诊疗可以明显缩短平均住院日,信息系统的应用为科学管理提供数据支撑。结论:多学科协作诊疗诊前、诊中、诊后的信息化管理,可以达到进一步聚焦优势学科、拓展服务内涵、提升患者满意度的目的。

Objective： Explore the method of construction and application effect of outpatient multidisciplinary team （MDT） information platform. Methods： Through the reconstruction of the process of outpatient multidisciplinary treatment, the establishment of reservation, consultation, follow-up, medical records integration, quality monitoring and other system modules. Results： Implementation of MDT can significantly shorten the average days for inpatients, and the application of information system can provide data support for scientific management. Conclusion： The information management of multidisciplinary team treatment, pre- diagnosis, in-diagnosis, ex-diagnosis, can achieve further focus on the advantages of discipline, expand service content, and improve patient satisfaction.
