摘要
目的:探讨门诊多学科诊疗信息平台的构建方法及应用效果。方法:通过对门诊多学科诊疗的就诊流程重构,建立预约、会诊、随访、病历整合、质量监控等系统模块。结果:实施多学科协作诊疗可以明显缩短平均住院日,信息系统的应用为科学管理提供数据支撑。结论:多学科协作诊疗诊前、诊中、诊后的信息化管理,可以达到进一步聚焦优势学科、拓展服务内涵、提升患者满意度的目的。
Objective: Explore the method of construction and application effect of outpatient multidisciplinary team (MDT) information platform. Methods: Through the reconstruction of the process of outpatient multidisciplinary treatment, the establishment of reservation, consultation, follow-up, medical records integration, quality monitoring and other system modules. Results: Implementation of MDT can significantly shorten the average days for inpatients, and the application of information system can provide data support for scientific management. Conclusion: The information management of multidisciplinary team treatment, pre- diagnosis, in-diagnosis, ex-diagnosis, can achieve further focus on the advantages of discipline, expand service content, and improve patient satisfaction.
