基于信息集成平台的Infobutton信息模型建设方案设计与实现

Design and Realization of Infobutton Information Model Construction Scheme Based on Information Integration Platform

目的:在医院现有信息集成平台基础上,参照HL7 Infobutton标准,实现Infobutton临床决策支持解决方案。方法:依据HL7 Infobutton标准的知识请求消息模型,设计实现Infobutton管理器功能模块、数据结构和技术框架。结果:成功实现Infobutton消息管理器以及与知识源的对接。结论:HL7 Infobutton标准实现的知识搜索管理器有助于统一管理临床决策支持应用,满足用户临床知识需求。

Objective： Based on the hospital integrating platform and according to the HL7 lnfobutton standard, this paper implements the Infobutton clinical decision support solution. Methods： According to the HL7 infobutton standard knowledge request information model, this paper designs the function module, data structure and technique frame of the lnfobutton manager, Results： We successfnlly implemented the Infobutton message manager and the docking with the knowledge source. Conclusion： HL7 Infobutton standard helps to manage sorts of clinical decision support application and to meet the users＇ need of the clinical information.
