目的:医院通过信息化建设与信息管理保证顺利通过JCI评审。方法:通过信息系统建设、信息流程优化、医院组织、持续督导等多种方式,按照JCI评审要求对信息化进行全方位的管理。结果:2016年12月通过JCI认证。结论:只有符合实际的管理手段、信息化建设与改造才能有效确保JCI评审顺利通过。

Objective： By using information technology and applying information management, the hospital can guarantee the smooth adoption of JCI review. Methods： By constructing the information system, optimizing information flow, hospital organization, and with continuous supervision as well as other means, hospital can carry out all-round management of information technology in accordance with the JCI assessment requirements. Result： JCI accreditation was passed in December 2016. Conclusion： Only in line with the actual management tools, information technology and transformation can effectively ensure the JCI review passed.
