陕西省抗旱物资管理信息系统构建浅析

Creation of inventory management system for drought relief in Shaanxi Province

陕西省抗旱服务组织管理由于缺乏专业化和信息化管理手段,大量抗旱设备的后续资产管理、持续运行管理水平与日益严重的旱情发展态势和群众抗旱需求不相匹配,亟须开发建设一套抗旱物资管理信息系统。陕西省抗旱物资管理信息系统的建成使用实现了对陕西省各级抗旱服务组织设备物资的统一管理和调度,有效提高了抗旱设备的使用效率,发挥了减灾效益,提高了抗旱服务工作的持续性、高效性,有助于建立抗旱减灾服务的长效机制。

Due to the lacking of expertise and information management tools, a lot of materials and equipment used by drought relief has not been properly managed or maintained, so as to satisfy the needs of general public and catch up with the tendency of increasingly worsening of drought conditions in Shaanxi Province. The establishment of provincial inventory management system helps to realize an integrated management and dispatching of materials and equipment for drought relief service. It not only increases the efficiency of equipment utilization with benefit of disaster reduction, but also ensure sustainability and long-term mechanism for drought relief.
