摘要
[目的]研究乙唑螨腈的室内生物活性,了解其田间应用效果。[方法]采用室内常规方法测定其生物活性及特性,参照标准田间药效试验方法进行田间药效试验。[结果]室内生测试验表明:乙唑螨腈能有效防治各发育阶段的害螨,对温度不敏感,并且速效性好;田间药效试验表明:乙唑螨腈对柑橘叶螨、苹果叶螨、棉花叶螨和茄子叶螨均有较高的防效。[结论]乙唑螨腈对害螨的生物活性较高,可应用于多种害螨的防治。
[Aims] SYP-9625 was a new acaricide. The paper aims to investigate its bioactivity in greenhouse and the application in field. [Methods] The toxicity tests were conducted by method of whole plant and agar plate spraying. The field control efficacy to 4 targets was studied. [Results] The bioactivity assay results showed that SYP-9625 had excellent control effect against all stages of leaf mites, including eggs, protonymph, deutonymph and adult. SYP-9625 had good low-temperature tolerance and was rapidly available to pest mites. The field trials showed that SYP-9625 had high control to citrus mites, apple mites, cotton mites and eggplant mites. [Conclusions] SYP-9625 was active against the pest mites and could efficiently control the phytophagous mites.
