摘要
[目的]建立蔬菜中丙森锌农药残留的快速、高灵敏度的检测方法。[方法]蔬菜样品中残留的丙森锌农药在酸性条件下衍生化后生成CS_2,采用自动顶空-气相色谱质谱联用仪检测生成的CS_2。[结果]通过向空白青椒基质中添加丙森锌质量分数分别为0.01、0.02、0.04 mg/kg时,回收率范围在62.0%~83.1%之间,精密度在3.7%~6.7%之间,定量限(LOD)为0.0026 mg/kg。[结论]本研究建立的检测蔬菜中丙森锌残留的检测方法,在样品前处理步骤、有机试剂消耗、检测限、定量限等方面都有了较大改善。
[Aims] In order to establish a rapid and high sensitive method for determination of propineb residues in vegetables. [Methods] The propineb residues in vegetables were converted into CS2 via derivative reaction under acidic condition, and CS2 was detected by automatic headspace-gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. [Results] When the addition concentrations ofpropineb into the blank pepper matrix were 0.01, 0.02, 0.04 mg/kg, the recovery rate was in the range of 62.0 to 83.1%, the precision was 3.7 - 6.7%, and the limit of detection(LOD) was 0.0026 mg/kg. [Conclusions] A method for determination ofpropineb residues in vegetables was established, which greatly improved in the pretreatment process, the consumption of organic reagents and the limit of detection.
