18种植物精油对白纹伊蚊的熏蒸及驱避活性 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]评价18种植物精油对白纹伊蚊(Aedes albopictus)的熏蒸击倒活性及驱避活性。[方法]分别采用培养皿熏蒸法和GB/T 13917.9—2009攻击力方法。[结果]在0.63μg/cm^2剂量下,8种植物精油的KT50值在3.790~7.411 min之间,优于或与氯氟醚菊酯(4.631 min)和四氟甲醚菊酯(5.788 min)相当;在1.5μL/cm2的剂量下,9种植物精油的有效保护时间在1~4 h之间,优于或与驱蚊剂埃卡瑞丁(1 h)相当。[结论]桂醛、甲位松油醇、樟脑油、香茅油和芳樟醇对白纹伊蚊既有强的熏蒸击倒活性又具有明显的驱避活性。 [Aims] The study aims to evaluate the fmnigation and repellent activities of 18 essential oils against Aedea albopictus. [Methods] The airtight fumigation in culture dish and national standard method (GB/T 13917.9--2009) were used to determine fumigation and repellent activities, respectively. [Results] The fumigation activities of eight essential oils were greater or at least comparable to meperfluthrin (4.631min) and dimefluthrin (5.788 rain), their KT50 values were 3.790-7.411 rain at the concentration of 0.63μg/cm^2. The protection efficacy of nine essential oils were greater or at least comparable to icaridin (1 h), and their protective duration were 1-4 h at the concentration of 1.5μL/cm^2. [Conclusions] Cinnamaldehyde, alpha-terpineol, camphor oil, citronella oil and linalool arc of high fumigation toxicity and repellent activity to Aedes albopictus.
