摘要
在精密超精密加工中微小的振动都会影响机床的加工精度。为了有效减小或抑制振动,在线提取、分析和辨识振动是十分必要的。文章基于傅立叶变换,提出了频域自动识别的方法。该方法首先获取由转速引起的振动频率,再利用该频率分析振动信号中是否含有其他振动源,从而实现振动的在线辨识,并通过机床空转实验和加工实验进行验证。实验结果表明:该方法提取出的振动频率准确,可应用于加工的振动在线辨识与分析。
Vibration will affect the accuracy of cutting in precision and ultra-precision machining. In order to reduce or suppress the vibration effectively,it's necessary to extract,analysis and recognize vibration.Based on the Fourier transform,this paper presents an algorithm for automatic identification in frequency domain.Firstly,the algorithm can obtain the vibration frequency caused by the rotational speed. And then the frequency can be used to analysis the vibration signal,which contains many sources of vibration,in order to achieve vibration identification online. All of this can be verified by the machine idle and processing experiments.Experiments results show that: the method extracts vibration frequency accurately,and can be applied to machine processing for identification and analysis of vibration.
