摘要
数控系统作为各类数控机床的控制中枢,被称为机床的灵魂和大脑,它的可靠性已成为制约我国高档数控机床发展的重要因素,装备制造行业发展迫切要求准确客观地测定国产数控系统可靠性并找出差距。为了实现国产数控系统可靠性测试,针对多地域数控系统的可靠性数据的远程传输方案进行了设计,提出了本地存储转发系统、可靠传输链路、中央数据处理中心相结合的完整传输体系。其中本地存储转发系统利用Web Service通信实现了实时性数据的高效传输,利用socket通讯技术实现了视频数据的高效传输;设计的可靠传输链路采用宽带与无线网络相结合的形式并配置VPN设备保证了可靠性数据传输的安全性;中央数据处理中心采用数据总线、数据接入、实时处理、数据访问四个子系统相结合的设计形式实现了数控系统的运行状态的监控与运行数据的分析处理。
The CNC system as the central control of various types of CNC machine tools,machine tool is called the soul and brain,its reliability has become an important factor restricting the development of highend CNC machine tools in our country,the development of equipment manufacturing industry requires accurate determination of the reliability of domestic CNC system and find out the gap. In order to realize the reliability of domestic CNC system testing,aiming at the remote transmission system reliability data of multi regional numerical control system is designed,a complete transmission system of local storage forwarding system,reliable transmission link,the combination of the central data processing center. Including local storeandforward system using WebService communication to achieve the efficient real-time data transmission,using socket communication technology to realize the effective transmission of video data; Design of reliable transmission link in the form of combination of broadband and wireless network and configure the VPN equipment to ensure the reliability of data transmission security; The central data processing center adopts the data bus,data access,real-time processing,data access four subsystem implements the design of combining the operation of the CNC system according to the analysis of the monitoring and operation of processing.
