摘要
为解决机械产品绿色设计中材料选择的多目标决策问题,提出了一种将模糊层次分析法与熵权理想点法集成的求解模型。该模型利用层次分析法将材料的机械性能、工艺性能、经济属性和环境属性四个方面作为评价指标,分别利用模糊层次分析法和熵权法对各指标进行主观权重和客观权重求解,并运用乘法合成归一法求得综合权重,进而利用理想点法求得各备选材料方案的贴近度。选择贴近度最大的方案作为最佳方案。该模型可为面向绿色设计的材料选择研究中选择方法提供一定的参考价值。
In order to solve the multi-objective decision making problem of material selection in the green design of mechanical products,a solution model integrating fuzzy analytic hierarchy process with entropy weighting ideal point method is presented. Material's mechanical properties,process performance,economic and environmental attributes are taken as the objectives to be evaluated. Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to obtain the subjective weight and entropy weight method is used to obtain the objective weight.Multiplicative synthesis normalization method is used to obtain the comprehensive weight. The ideal point method is used to obtain the close degree of each alternative material program. Finally the program with the largest close degree is chosen as the best program. The model can provide a certain reference value for the research on material selection for green design.
